Although Mr. Miura makes a variety of dishes, he had never taken cooking seriously before starting the restaurant.

After graduating from university, working as an instructor at a sports club in Hiroshima City, but quit that job at the age of 25, and spent the next 10 years working various part-time jobs and traveling.

Looking back at himself at the age of 25, Miura thought, "I was living in a very narrow world.”

When he was 35, he met a person by chance who said, "I'd like to have a place in the Shimomi district where everyone can gather, rather than cooking. You're good at that kind of thing, are not you. "

This brought him to the idea of opening a restaurant.
I didn't have any friends in Saijo, it was new area to me, and what was worse, I wasn't that good at cooking.

“However, when thinking about the fact that I have kept running this restaurant today, What I did was not a mistake,” said Mr.Miura.

I asked why he served not only Italian food but also a variety of other dishes.
