Mr. Saito runs "Bar & Dining Nao's" in front of Saijo Station.

The stylish interior bar, designed with wood grain as its base color, is crowded with local adults every day.

He started his career in Chinese cuisine during his apprenticeship, and through his relationships with various people, he has learned Japanese and Western cuisine as well.

His strong passion for cooking sometimes brought him into conflict with others.

 

Mr. Saito, who has gained experiences and sometimes suffered a lot, said "I want to create a place where customers can enjoy themselves. " With this in mind, he opened BAR&DINING Nao's.


In order to make his restaurant known to as many people as possible, he continues to actively expand his connections with people by visiting local social events and opening stalls at local festivals.
He said, "I want people to know the joy of cooking and to increase the number of people who love cooking.".
